I am grateful that I see what I see, so I wouldn't accuse my kids for lying when they told me that they saw fairies.  Although lot of parents will support their kids to be creative and have imagination.  But there will come to some point in life that parent will make a comment like 'Don't be silly." when their kids told them that they just see a fairy.  "Don't be silly." then will be translated into "You are lying." in kid's mind.  which was definitely how I felt when I was kids when I told my mom that I saw ghost.   Eventually, I learned to be quiet.  Not that I didn't see the ghost anymore, it's just that I do not want to have anyone accuse me for lying when I was not.  

So when Max pointed out the fairy he saw, and I was able to see which fairy he was pointed to.  I felt shocked at first, but I do feel grateful after all that I do not have to make any comment like "Don't be silly." to him.  Instead, I am able to teach him what I know and how to be around them.   After all, I am happy that I see what I see, so my kids don't have to feel that they were accused lying when they are not.  AWESOME!

People know me knew that I do not particularly like Pizza. (well, not particularly dislike them either.  It's just that if I do have choice of food, Pizza will not be my first.) But I happened to swing by the whole food on Cambie and 8th last Thursday and noticed they have fresh Pizza in hot food area.  I also realized that you can mix and match the pizza for the price of one($14.99)! (haha...for you all pizza lover, this must not be something new to you.  But it is to me!)

Not only their pizza is mostly made with traditional italian dough, it is also not as greasy as other pizza I've ever had.  Not only it taste good (in my point of view), I also can satisfied every family members of mine with different flavor.  AWESOME! 

After 9 years of repeating same things over and over, Arabella finally decided to clean up after dinner for the whole familiy.  I think the book of awesome had something to do with it.  Since I told them to start writing their own book of awesome and record whatever they feel it's awesome.  And I realized that she always tried to do something that would make us (the parents) happy, even though sometimes, she simply act rebellious! ( I guess, that must be some kind of bad gene from me.)

Even though she doesn't really clean after herself all the time, but I do notice that she does try to help out more often.  helping out with little kids, doing art work with them, clean up after her mess if I am working etc.
